Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Lucky Bear & Co. garment tags remain intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
